My wife’s 2005 FLHTCUSE2 began to develop problems a few weeks ago. After a short ride, we stopped for her to get gas. On the way home her Harley started to misfire and run poorly. I lost sight of her so I pulled over. After about 15 mins she showed up and said her bike would not stay running. The 2009-11 Toyota vehicle recalls involved three separate but related recalls of automobiles by Toyota Motor Corporation, which occurred at the end of 2009 and start of 2010.Toyota initiated the recalls, the first two with the assistance of the U.S. National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), after reports that several vehicles experienced unintended acceleration.
IT VARIES BUT AT LEAST 25PSI IDLE 50PSI AND UP HIGHWAY
The oil pressure gauge will fluctuate on a Chevy Tahoe when the vehicle is idling and when the vehicle is driven at highway speed. Idle is usually 30 psi oil pressure or slightly more. At highway speed, the oil pressure should be between 60 psi and 80 psi. Read More
i have a 1993 190E - my oil pressure gauge always sits on 3. New Answer Haedline The oil pressure gauge actually moves but is related to several factors Engine Temprature Oil viscosity Engine speed. When you start you car the engine temperature is low the gauge goes to 3, after a long drive/travel and if your temp gets to 80C then with an engine speed of 750-800 RPM you oil pressure gauge will… Read More
As the engine speed increase so does the speed of the oil pump. the faster the pump turns the higher the pressure becomes. When changing gear the engine speed drops along with the oil pressure. Read More
who should i see about a recall on 2005 chevy trailblazer for faulty fuel gauge and not working speed gauge who can i call about this for a recall was bought used Read More
not recommended overdrive is for cruising at highway speed Read More
It depends on how your gauge is callibrated. It should be somewhere near the center of the gauge and shouldn't drop much when it's idling or hot. The manufacturer recommends a specific 'weight' of oil, but when the engine gets older and worn the pressure will drop when hot and at an idle unless you select a higher viscosity oil. Oil lines have a pressure regulator which keeps the oil pressure from going too high… Read More
Your average speed on the turnpike should be greater than on a highway. Read More
Well it depends on your engine size. I have have a 1989 firebird formula model with a 305 5.0 engine. When the engine is cold, it will go into high idle, with the oil pressure gauge between 30 and 60. After it's warmed up, at idle, the needle should be just above the red line. As crank speed increases pressure will increase, so it will depend on your speed and RPM while driving. Read More
It all depends on the type of highway and the speed limit signs. Read More
It's the float in the gas tank that is the problem if your fuel gage jumps for no reason. Also, having this same 'issue', I noticed that the fuel gauge is relative to my speed, the faster i get to the standard highway speed of 65, my fuel gauge tells me I will have more fuel traveling at that speed. Consequentlly, when I drive in the city, It jumps around depending on my driving, gun… Read More
Is the engine ticking are making any noises while it's running ?? If it's quite when running then you have oil pressure. To know for sure you will have to remove the oil sending unit that's screewed into the top of the engine block just behind the distributor. It will be about 3 to 4 inches long and have an electrical connector pluged into it. Install a oil pressure gauge in it's place and then… Read More

Well you see considering that highway workers work on the highway and if the speed limit was raised, then there's more of a possibility of a car 'flying' down the highway and hitting the highway worker Read More
For a 4-speed the mpg ranges 23/24 city to 32 highway. A 3 speed is 21 city and 24 highway. A 5 speed is 23/24 city and 31 highway. Read More

It depends on the make and model of the car but at the very least you should find your speed and your fuel level displayed. Most cars also display a tachometer, oil gauge, temperature gauge, and battery (charging) gauge. Read More
you have to eat it and put it in the fridge Check your fuel pressure. Let it idle a little while until it wants to shut down while watching the gauge. The pressure will lower until it don't have pressure to run. Read More
Because you accelerated. The engine speed changed, so the oil pressure changed. As long as it never drops below about 10 psi, it's fine. Read More
They are called gauges. Perhaps I don't understand the question. There is a fuel gauge, which tells you how much fuel you have, or an electrical gauge, or one that gauges speed. I guess depending on the gauge there is a different name. So your speed gauge is your speedometer. Your RPM gauge is the tachometer, and so on. Read More
Bandwidth refers to the amount of data that can be transmitted at the same time so a higher bandwidth would mean a greater amount of data can be transmitted per second. Bandwidth is often confused with speed, but should be thought of as the number of lanes on a highway not the speed of the vehicles that travel on the highway. An increase of bandwidth would be like a greater number of lanes on a… Read More

BAD OIL PUMP, CHECK OIL PRESSURE with a gauge. A spun cam bearing or just bad cam bearings can cause your problem. Engine oil gallery plug came out or was not instaled. Worn main and rod bearings could be the problem too. At idle oil pressure should be at least 20 LBS. and as you speed the engine up the oil pressure should go up to at least 40 LBS. or more. Use a fuel pressure gauge to determine the fuel PRESSURE at the delivery rail. Most injected vehicles have a test port for fuel pressure, and it's usually mounted on the fuel rail. You'll need to find out the manufacturers recommended pressure but you should be able to get that at an auto parts retailer (same place you can often borrow a fuel pressure gauge). Low fuel pressure will often cause a lean condition when you… Read More
